I am project coordinator and lead researcher in a highly focused, in depth longitudinal study on the effects of attachment parenting and alternative education on human development. I live with my attractive, talented research assistant and our three research subjects on a small homestead in midcoast Maine.
Aside from my main work I also enjoy running, gardening, hiking, and am learning photography.
This blog is a sporadic account of our day to day lives. I also use this space as a portfolio of sorts to record our homeschool learning, as well as to share pictures with family and others, and as a way of organizing my thinking regarding parenting, homeschooling, homesteading, and life in general. I make no promises to be polished, witty, clever, succinct, or even all that entertaining. I do strive to be honest and positive In my representation of our lives, and work at sharing points of interest without sacrificing the privacy of our growing children. We’ll see what happens.
Thanks for reading.
